Booking rules and add-ons

Deposit A 50% deposit is required to hold a confirmed date. It may be applied to a future event within 12 months; force-majeure deposits are returned upon request.
Cleaning Choose a $50 cleaning fee, or clean from the checklist and use the $50 as a refundable cleaning deposit.
Event setup Tables and chairs setup crew is available for $195. A wedding-to-reception room flip crew is available for $350.
Alcohol Renters may serve alcohol with approved bartender coordination. Larger event requests are reviewed by the manager.
